I don't know what you did to crop it! I am not familiar with your program you have, but you probally need to fix it how you want through the program before you brouse for it.
I figured it out, and you are right. I need to do it before I browse for it. I actually updated some pictures. They did not originally fit the box and looked somewhat strange. I think they look better now.
