That is right. She started the end of the second week of February. If you are late picking your child up they will be kicked out of school. I have worked hard at being early each day. That is how Baylee got in, someone was late picking up their child. I am required to read with her daily and by the end of the year our reading time together must increase by 10 minutes. I also have to spend one on one time with her. Playing with her, going to the park or library, looking at pictures, doing crafts, etc. Parents must volunteer 2 1/2 hours of time a month to help in the classroom. They also have suggested things to do with your child to help them learn. Another required thing is that you attend a meeting once a month of parent education to improve your parenting skills. The have a day they spotlight the child and you make a poster for the week depicting things in their life. I am happy for her she seems to be enjoying it. I am enjoying the kid free trips to the grocery store. I can keep my sanity. As well as having time for myself. Don't we all crave that at times as mothers.

That sounds like a pretty strict but cool preschool. Which one is it? I am glad Baylee likes it!
Wow! I'm registering Tavis for the upcoming fall. How fun & exciting!!!
This sounds like a GREAT school. What is it? I can't tell you how jealous I am of kid-free grocery store trips.
This is at Cunningham Elementary.
Brenda I am so glad you stumbled across my blog and of course it is o.k. to view it! That preschool is really strict! I don't know if you know this or not but I got my associates degree in early childhood and now do an in home preschool out of my house. If you are ever late and Baylee gets kicked out let me know I am doing a four day week in the fall and have lots of openings!
